Overland Campaign of 1864: Lecture with David Booz
Nov 21, 2013
The year 1864 was one of the bloodiest in American history. The Army of the Potomac and the Army of Northern Virginia faced off in brambles of the wilderness, at crossroads and courthouses in a battle to the death. Grant did not understand defeat and continually moved to flank the Confederates. Find out how this fighting changed the war and condemned the South to a war they would lose.
